WOD:
15-10-5 reps of:
- box jumps
- overhead squats with PVC pipe or bar
- dips
- KTE (or version)
then complete the following activities in any order:
- 10 double unders
- 10 wall balls
- 10 slam balls
- 10 stair runs
- 30 second dumbbell hold
- 10 pistols
- 10 bench hops
- waiter’s carry for 100m
