Day 5 : Monday, Spetember 10

MOBILITY:

  • inchworms
  • lunge walk/overhead prayer lunge walk/backward lunge walk 

    overhead squat

SKILLS:

  • box jumps (open hips at top of movement)
  • overhead squats
  • dips
  • knees to elbows (KTE) (and variations)
  • pistols

WOD:

15-10-5 reps of:

  • box jumps
  • overhead squats with PVC pipe or bar
  • dips
  • KTE (or version)

then complete the following activities in any order:

  • 10 double unders
  • 10 wall balls
  • 10 slam balls
  • 10 stair runs
  • 30 second dumbbell hold
  • 10 pistols
  • 10 bench hops
  • waiter’s carry for 100m
