In groups of three: deadlifts; one person does jumping jacks; other person does bench press.
Each group needs dbells and a bar and bumpers.
- this workout is called a ladder and involves a rep scheme of 10, 9, 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
- every 3 minutes you must do 5 mountain climbers
- you don’t change the weight at all through out the workout
