Day 6: Tuesday, September 11

MOBILITY:

  • wrists
  • shoulders

SKILLS:

  • deadlift
  • jumping jacks
  • floor press

 WOD:

In groups of three: deadlifts; one person does jumping jacks; other person does bench press.

Each group needs dbells and a bar and bumpers.

  • this workout is called a ladder and involves a rep scheme of 10, 9, 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
  • every 3 minutes you must do 5 mountain climbers
  • you don’t change the weight at all through out the workout
