Day 24: Wednesday, October 10 Personal Workout Day

Strength WOD:

  •  3 sets of 3 Deadlifts @ 80%, 85% and 90%

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of the following: you are limiting your rest between exercises to 15 to 30 seconds max

  • 1 minute of rowing machine or Airdyne
  • 1 minute of knee ups
  • 1 minute of bench press 45/20 (yes, this light!!)
  • 1 minute of cable flyes or db flyes

rest 1 minute between rounds
