Day 27: Monday, October 15 Personal Workout

Strength:

  • 5 reps of Bench Press @ 85%
  • 3 reps of Bench Press @ 90%
  • 1 rep of Bench Press @ 95% (on this last set if you can push more thean 1 rep, go for it!)

Met-con WOD:

3 rounds for time of:
  40 Squats
  30 Sit-ups
  20 Push-ups
  10 Pull-ups

then:

  • work on your Hang Snatch -build up to a Maximum from the Hang position.
