Day 42: November 6 Team Challenge
- today we are doing a team challenge!
- I, naturally, will make up the teams!
- your team is given 20 pulls each on the rower
- score is distance in m
- 150 pull ups for time (50 may be with rubber band; 25 may be jumping)
- score is time
- push press conga line – your team has 5 minutes to do as many as possible
- everyone must go in order; everyone rotates from front of line to back of line once done their turn
- Prowler sled seated pull and push for 20 reps
- Every member has to pull the sled across floor while seated; then push it back to start
- relay in Great Hallway
