  • 10 hand release push-ups (one person at a time; one rep at a time)
  • 10 sit-ups (one person at a time – feet linked)
  • 6 sprints of main hallway
  • 20 OH walking lunges
  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 4 sprints of hallways
  • 30 OH walking lunges
  • 30 push-ups
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 2 sprints of main hallway
  • 40 OH walking lunges
  • 40 push-ups
  • 40 sit-ups

Day 13: 30 in 30 Challenge: 30 reps of Overhead from Ground (anyway) 60% BW for guys; 50% BW for gals
