Day 53: Wednesday, November 21 Personal Workout Action

  • Thanks for your patience – I will be back on Thursday!

Strength:

  • 3 sets of Deadlifts @ 60%, 70% and 80%

Met-Con WOD: 3 rounds of the following

  • 3 laps of the halls
  • 25 AIR SQUATS
  • 25 PUSH UPS
  • 25 SIT UPS
  • 25 STEPS of LUNGE

* the entire workout is done with a 35/25 lb plate….Run/Squats/Push Ups/ Sit ups/Lunge….hold the plate however you want but it must be on your back for the push ups, and on your forehead for the sit ups.

Day 21 of the 30 in 30 Challenge:  30 Front Squats with 75# for boys and 55# for girls
