CrossFit CPHS is the proud owner of 380 pounds of new Pendlay Econ Bumpers. Again, as a result of our main man, Dan from FDF, and a quick delivery from Matt at Muscle Driver Canada, these coloured bumpers were ordered on a Monday and delivered on a Wednesday!

Strength:

  • EMOM x 8 (duh – every minute on the minute for 8 minutes)1 Clean & Jerk – start at 60%, increase weight each rep
