90 seconds Wall Ball 20/14 lbs – 90 seconds REST  

60 seconds Wall Ball – 60 seconds REST  

30 seconds Wall Ball – 30 seconds REST  

MAX CONSECUTIVE WALL BALL 

REST 1 MINUTE

MAX CONSECUTIVE KB SWINGS

  1. I’ve been missing strength class like crazy!! Going to the gym is fun but it’s nothing like this class, I’ll be back next Monday ready to go!
