Strength:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Squats @ 75%, 80% and 85%

Met-Con WOD: 2 rounds of he following

  • 14 reps of Atlas Stone to Shoulder
  • 14 reps of Tire Flip and Jump in and out
  • sprint main hallway
  • 14 reps of main stairs to 1st floor
  • 14 reps of Dumbbell (or Barbell Shrugs) Heavy
  • sprint main hallway
  • 14 reps of Snatch Balance (75/45)
  • 14 reps of seated on the ground shoulder press (55/35)
  • sprint main hallway while skipping
  • 14 reps of GHD Med Ball toss
  • 14 reps of Barbell bicep curls (as heavy as you are able to do in one go)
  • sprint main hallway backwards (be careful)
  • 14 reps of Slam Ball
  • 14 reps of Power Snatches (65/45)
  • rubber band resisted high knees drill in main hallway
