  • And the point is… “constantly varied” (right outa’ Coach Glassman’s mouth)!

MOBILITY:

  • inchworms
  • lunge walk/overhead prayer lunge walk/backward lunge walk

    overhead squat

SKILLS:

  • box jumps (open hips at top of movement)
  • overhead squats
  • dips
  • knees to elbows (KTE) (and variations)
  • pistols

WOD:

15-10-5 reps of:

  • box jumps
  • overhead squats with PVC pipe or bar
  • dips
  • KTE (or version)

then complete the following activities in any order:

  • 200 skips (or 50 DUs)
  • 20 wall balls
  • 10 slam balls
  • 200m on rower
  • 20 burpees
  • 10 pistols
  • 20 bench hops
  • waiter’s carry for 50m (main hallway and back)
