Strength:
- we are going to skip Bench Press today – it is Easter Monday!
Met-Con WOD:
- we are als0 going to skip this and do some traditional weight room action
SO:
- 3 sets of 10 light squats on the BOSU ball
- 3 sets of 10 bicep curls
- 3 sets of 10 calf raises
- 3 sets of 10 tricep extensions
then:
1/2 hour on the new stepper machine
200 crunches
Notes:
- for those people afraid of gaining too much muscle mass, please go very light on all poundages!
- April Fool’s Day!
