- 3 sets of 10 light squats on the BOSU ball
- 3 sets of 10 bicep curls
- 3 sets of 10 calf raises
- 3 sets of 10 tricep extensions
1/2 hour on the new stepper machine
- for those people afraid of gaining too much muscle mass, please go very light on all poundages!
