Strength:

  • we are going to skip Bench Press today – it is Easter Monday!

Met-Con WOD:

  • we are als0 going to skip this and do some traditional weight room action

SO:

  • 3 sets of 10 light squats on the BOSU ball
  • 3 sets of 10 bicep curls
  • 3 sets of 10 calf raises
  • 3 sets of 10 tricep extensions

then:

1/2 hour on the new stepper machine

200 crunches

Notes:

  • for those people afraid of gaining too much muscle mass, please go very light on all poundages!
