  • 5 reps of Deadlift @ 85%, 3 reps @ 90% and 1 rep @ 95%

  • 10 Deadlift @ 135#/95#
  • 10 Box Jumps 24″/20″
  • 10 Kb swings 16kg/8kg
  • 20 Deadlift @135#/95#
  • 20 Box Jumps 24″/20″
  • 20 Kb swings 16kg/8kg

Finisher:

  • 250m on Rower or Airdyne or 2 minutes on bike or 4 laps of halls
