  • 5-3-3-1-1-1 of Clean and Jerk

Met-Con WOD: CrossFit CPHS Games #2 WOD

21 -15-9- of the following :

  • KB swings @ 53/35
  • Goblet Squats @ 53/35
  • Pendlay Rows @ 75/45
  • Feet anchored sit ups

Finisher:

  • 3 sets of 10 OHS  (heavier each set)
