Day 43: Monday, April 15
- Tomorrow is the Hibernation Track and Field Meet – please meet me at the track
- I would appreciate as much help as possible!
- If you don’t say, “Hi” personally, you are ABSENT in the system
In 12 minutes establish a heavy triple
- 6 Back Squats @ 55% of heavy triple
- 12 Hand-release Push-ups
- 24 Double Unders
Rest 1 minute between rounds
Complete as many rounds as possible in four minutes of:
- 5 pull-ups (no scaling)
- 10 push-ups (no scaling)
- 15 air squats
If you finish four rounds within the four minutes, continue for another four minutes. If at the end of eight minutes, you have finished eight rounds, continue for another 4 minutes. Post total rounds and reps completed at the end of twelve minutes.
