- Very impressive effort by everyone on the CrossFit Total – plenty of new PRs!
- since we did Strict Press Max yesterday, we will do the following:
- FRONT SQUAT- PAUSE SQUATS – 2 reps on the MINUTE every MINUTE for 7 MINUTES….3 second pause at the bottom of each rep…..hold your form….65% of 1 REP MAX.
Met-Con WOD: this is to be done outside
- 800m Run (St. Mary’s loop)
- 40 Wallball
- 40 Box Jumps
- 400m Run (lap of school outside)
- 30 Wallball
- 30 Box Jumps
- 200m Run (run to Canoe Club stairs and back)
- 20 Wallball
- 20 Box Jumps
