  • Very impressive effort by everyone on the CrossFit Total – plenty of new PRs!

STRENGTH:

  • since we did Strict Press Max yesterday, we will do the following:
  • FRONT SQUAT- PAUSE SQUATS – 2 reps on the MINUTE every MINUTE for 7 MINUTES….3 second pause at the bottom of each rep…..hold your form….65% of 1 REP MAX.

     

Met-Con WOD: this is to be done outside

  • 800m Run (St. Mary’s loop)
  • 40 Wallball
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 400m Run (lap of school outside)
  • 30 Wallball
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 200m Run (run to Canoe Club stairs and back)
  • 20 Wallball
  • 20 Box Jumps
