  • I guess when the Coach is away some people just can’t get to class, stay in class and show some class…
  • If you are going to come to the session while I am away at OFSAA Track and Field, but leave or simply hang out, please don’t come – your disrespect for the program, your own fitness, and for the others is not welcome!
  • Thanks to all those athletes who take  their fitness seriously!

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Deadlift @ 60%, 70% and 80%

St. Mary’s loop

Park loop plus school loop

Finisher:

  • 20 pull ups
  • 20 toes to bar
  • 20 wall balls
  • 20 push ups
