STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Squats @ 60%, 70% and 80%

Met-Con WOD:

“The Horrible Hundred” (adapted from CrossFit OneWorld)

Complete the following for time:

  • 25 deadlifts (M:185#/W:115#)
  • 25 squat clean and jerks (M:95#/W:55#)
  • 25 thrusters (M:65#/W:45#)
  • 25 overhead squats (M:45#/W:35#)
