Day 5: Monday, September 9

MOBILITY:

  • uh huh, let’s practice what the MOB Coach just showed us

SKILLS:

  • deadlift
  • knees to elbows/toes to bar/ knees up
  • hang power clean
  • Bear Complex

 

STRENGTH:

  • 3 rounds of the modified Bear Complex (5 reps each round)

Met-Con WOD: 1/2 Cindy 

  • in 10 minutes complete as many rounds of the following:
  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

Finisher:

  • complete 20 knees to elbows (KTE)/ toes to bar (T2B) or version (Knees up)
