MOBILITY:

  • chest openers with barbell

SKILLS:

  • Deadlift
  • Bench Press

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Bench Press @ 80%, 85% and 90%
  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Back Rows Heavy

Met-Con WOD:

Seven times seven: 7 rounds of the following for time:

  • 7 push ups
  • 7 push press (75/45)
  • 7 knees to elbows (knees up)
  • 7 deadlifts (135/95)
  • 7 burpees
  • 7 KB swings
  • 7 pull ups
