  • Remember to warm up and mobilize sufficiently!

 

TESTING ITEMS:

  • 1 rep max Clean
  • max push-ups in a row
  • 1 rep max Strict Shoulder Press (don;t do after push ups – wait for at least 15 minutes)
  • max air squats in a minute
