Day 15: Monday, September 23

  • today is the last day for Testing
  • please make sure your sheet is complete and handed in
  • to date, we have seen many outstanding efforts by athletes
  • remember that these test are a snapshot of our current fitness; we will move forward from here!

Testing Items:

  • 1 rep max Clean and Jerk
  • Grace (30 reps of clean and jerk for time – weight will be scaled based on 50% of your 1 rep max)
  • finish up any tests that you have not had time to get to
  • tomorrow we will start our programming (the Strength component will be based on your maxes from the past week
