  • Bench Press for reps 5, 3, 1 @ 85%, 90% and 95%

Met-Con WOD:

The idea of this workout is to go hard! It is adapted from carolinacrossfit.

AMRAP
2 rounds of the following:
:30 Squats
:30 Rest
:30 Push-Ups
:30 Rest
:30 Sit-Ups
:30 Rest
:30 Walking Lunges
:30 Rest
:30 Mountain Climbers
:30 Rest

and then two rounds of this:

:30 Wall Balls
:30 Rest
:30 DB PP 30/15 (or use a barbell)
:30 Rest
:30 Burpees
:30 Rest
:30 Pull-Ups/Body Rows
:30 Rest
:30 Sit-Ups
:30 Rest
