  •  3 sets of 5 reps of Cleans @ 75%, 80% and 85% of new Max

Met-Con Wod:

  • 80 Air Squats (or Back Squat 65/45)
  • 70 Sit Ups
  • 60 Lunge Steps (or with a bar on your back at 65/45)
  • 50 KB Swings 16/12 kg (or Push Press 65/45)
  • 40 Bulgarian Split Squats
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 20 Goblet Squats 16/12 kg (or Front Squats 65/45)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump (or Curtis P’s 65?45)
