  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Squats @ 75%, 80% and 85%
  • 3 sets of 8 Good Mornings

Met-Con WOD:

15-12-9-12-15 reps of the following

  • Power Snatch @ 75/45
  • Push ups
  • KB Swings


  • 20 Floor Wipers
  • 20 Poliquins (10 each leg)
  • as many strict pull ups as you can string together
