Day 69: Thursday, December 12

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 Shoulder Press @ 60%, 70% and 80%
  • 8 sets of 2 Power Snatches (heavier each set, but not sacrificing form)

Met-Con WOD:

21-15-9 of the following:

  • Push Press 65/45
  • Box jump

2 minutes rest

21-15-9 of the following:

  • Back Squat 115/65
  • Knees to Elbows

2 minutes rest

50-40-30-20-10 of the following;

  • Jump rope (singles or doubles depending on your skill)
  • sit ups
