Welcome back from what feels like a very long holiday!
The gym was open every day except Christmas Day… didn’t see anyone except for Bryce from all classes…
- for those of you who have been taking a break from training, staying up late, sleeping all morning, and eating everything in sight remember to warm up well today – your body might revolt!
- we have only 13 days of classes left, so it is time for us to spend a week getting back in the saddle/under the bar to prepare for our Final Testing week
- 3 sets of 5 reps of Bench Press @ 65%, 75% and 85%
- 3 sets of 5 reps of Pendlay Rows (heavier each set)
1-10-1 reps of the following: (so: 1 of each, 2 of each, 3 of each up to 10 of each and then back down the pyramid)
- Push Ups
- Hang Power Cleans @ 50% of your max
- Box Jumps
- Sit ups
- 10 Pull Ups
- 10 T2B
- 10 OHS with bar
