Hello, my name is consistency

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Cleans @ 65%, 75% and 85%
  • 3 sets of 5 Squats @ 65%, 75% and 85%

Met-Con WOD:  AMRAP of the following in 20 minutes:

  • 15 KB Swings
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 5 Burpees
  • 1 lap of main hallway loop (shorter)
  • 5 Clean and Jerks  @ 65% of Clean

FINISHER:

  • 20 Hollow Rocks
  • 5 wall walks into a Nose to Wall Handstand
