- work up to a 1 rep Max Clean
- 30 reps of Ground to Overhead (Clean and Jerk for most people) 135/95 Rx’d
- use the same scaled weight as you did in the September testing (probably 115/65)
21-15-9 reps of:
- Thrusters (65/45)
- Pull Ups
