Day 80: January 14 Day Two of Final Testing

  • There were so many PRs on Monday, it is hard to keep track of them!!
  • Matt Rollings saw his Bench Press increase from 215 to 255! Wild Wendler action… and he is but one of countless success stories today!
  • Remember to warm up well and work with a partner to maximize safety, inspiration and movement cues.

  • work up to a 1 rep Max Clean




  • 30 reps of Ground to Overhead (Clean and Jerk for most people) 135/95 Rx’d
  • use the same scaled weight as you did in the September testing (probably 115/65)

21-15-9 reps of:

  • Thrusters (65/45)
  • Pull Ups
