Day 82: Thursday, January 16 Day 4 of Testing

  • Another day, another 90 PRs… fantastic job by all classes on their Squat Maximums. Everyone seta PR!
  • When doing the Strict Shoulder Press Max, remember to squeeze your glutes and lock your core.
  • Move from the Strict Press to your Push Press Max.
  • Anyone who is interested in participating in the Open CrossFit Games, please see Mr. Dickie for details

 

TESTING ITEMS:

  • Strict Shoulder Press Max
  • Push Press Max
  • continue to get through the other testing items (especially the Bodyweight Tests like push ups, pull ups, dips and sit ups)
