MOBILITY:

  • paleo sitting
  • wrist work
  • shoulder dislocates

SKILLS:

  • air squats
  • hand-release push ups
  • kettlebell swing
  • pull ups and variations

WOD:

5 rounds of the following:

  • 20 seconds on of air squats
  • 20 seconds off

1 minute rest

5 rounds of the following:

  • 20 seconds on of push ups hand release
  • 20 seconds off

2 minutes rest

5 rounds of the following:

  • 20 seconds of KB swings
  • 20 seconds off

3 minutes rest

5 rounds of the following:

  • 20 seconds of sit ups
  • 20 seconds off

then:

  • run the stairs of the main staircase twice from top to bottom
  • complete 20 pull ups or variations
