Day 3: Wodnesday (!), February 5

  • All three classes are working very well after two days in the Steel Mill!
  • Don’t forget to get your Blog in action (and email me the link)
  • Anyone interested in buying a CrossFit CPHS t-shirt (black), please bring in $20
  • We will have order form for hoodies, muscle shirts and  racerback tees ready by Monday

MOBILITY:

  • paleo chair for 30 seconds
  • inchworms
  • hip openers

SKILLS:

  • Box Jumps
  • Press/Push Press
  • Deadlift
  • Wall Balls

MET-CON WOD:

Working in groups of 3 complete 5 rounds of the following:

  • 15 Box Jumps (or step ups/step downs)
  • 15 Push Press 65/55
  • 15 Deadlift 95/75

then:

  • 200 skips
  • 1 lap of inner hallway Farmer’s Carry
  • 20 steps of Lunge
  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 20 pulls on the rower/or 2 minutes on the Airdyne
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 1 lap of inner hallway Waiter’s Walk
