  • partner assisted shoulder/chest opener


  • Hang Power Cleans
  • V-ups
  • Goblet Squats
  • Dumbbell Rows

WOD:  complete the following using the 10,9,8,…3,2,1 rep scheme with a partner (you do 10, your partner does 10…)

  • Hang Power Cleans
  • V-ups (jacknife sit ups)
  • Goblet Squats


  • 3 sets of 8 Dumbbell Rows (8 each side)
