TESTING:

  • take 15 minutes to establish a Clean and Jerk 1 rep Max
  • perform the CrossFit Baseline (500m row, 40 Air Squats, 30 Sit Ups, 20 Push Ups and 10 Pull Ups)

SKILL:

  • we are going to work on the Power Snatch
  • practice Double Unders
