Met-Con WOD:

BODYWEIGHT “FIGHT GONE BAD”:

  • 1 minute at each station
  • no rest between stations
  • 1 minute rest between rounds

Air Squats

Hand Release Push Ups

Strict Pull Ups

Sit to Stand

Burpees
