STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Cleans @ 75%, 80% and 85% (again take 90% of your new max from Friday and then do the math)

Met-Con WOD:

There are cones set up around ballfield fence – the farthest cone is first)

10 Clean & Jerks (Lads @ 80% of Bodyweight / Ladies @ 60% of Bodyweight)

400 M RUN – 40 Air Squats

300 M RUN – 30 Wall Balls

200 M RUN – 20 Lunges per leg

200 M RUN – 20 Toes to Bar

300 M RUN – 30 Sit Ups

400 M RUN – 40 Hollow Rocks

10 Clean & Jerks (Lads @ 80% of Bodyweight / Ladies @ 60% of Bodyweight)
