Day 81: Monday, June 9

 

  • Well, it is that time in the semester again where we find out how effective our training has become…
  • This week will be completely devoted to Max Testing
  • Next week will be fun as we complete some CrossFit challenges to finish the program
  • Warm ups and mobility are key this week (as always) – make sure you are primed to move large loads with impeccable form
  • You must get through ALL testing items, so manage your time well

Testing Items:

  • establish a 1 rep Max Bench Press
  • perform the 1 minute Sit Up Test
  • perform the Max Pull Ups Test

Met-Con WOD:

You go, partner goes (you do 15 DL; partner does 15 DL; and so forth)

  • Suggested weight 95/55
    3 Rounds for time:
    15 Deadlifts
    12 Hang Power Cleans
    9 Front Squats
    6 Push Press
