  • Very impressive work ethic!
  • In keeping with your fine efforts to this point, take the time to read the following article about “Being Relentless”


  • Bear Complex
  • Taters
  • Deadbugs with KB

Met-Con WOD:

Part A:

  • perform 5 rounds of a 5 rep Bear Complex
  • go heavier each round
  • this should take no more than 10 minutes


10 minutes of the following:

  • 10 Taters with KB
  • 10 Deadlift @ 115/65
  • 10 Deadbugs with KB


  • 5 sprints in the main hallway
