Day 17: Wednesday, September 24

 

TESTING:

Test Item 1:

  • take 25 minutes to establish a Back Squat 1 rep Max

Test Item 2: “CrossFit Baseline”

  • 500m Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 SIt Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups

In the remainining time, finish any of the test you have to catch up on from Monday and Tuesday
