STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Squats (Front or Back) @ 75%, 80% and 85%

Met-Con WOD:

  • Today is the last official day of our Testing Week
  • Choose one of the three Testing CrossFit WOD items that you have not done

“Fran”

or

“Cindy”

or

“Grace”

Then (if you did Grace or Fran):

  • start at the Front Foyer and do 20 Wall Balls between you and your partner
  • run to corner of Hawthorne and Lake – do 20 Jumping Jacks each
  • run to corner of Hawthorne and John – do 20 partner clap sit ups
  • run to front of school – do 20 alternating curb jumps with partner
