Day 23: Friday, October 3

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Deadlifts at 75%, 80% and 85% of your “Training Max”

Met-Con WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 10 Deadlift @ 60% (if after the first few rounds Deadlifts feel heavy, lower weight)
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 10 KB Swings

FINISHER:

  • Prowler Push length of staff parking lot (one way)
  • 2 sprints length of staff parking lot
