PREPARATION:
- 100 foot walking lunge
- 20 Wall squats
STRENGTH:
- 5,3,1 reps of Cleans @ 85%, 90% and 95% (plus 5 pounds)

PART A:
The first part of the workout has been designed by CrossFit Conenction and is designed to be done UNBROKEN.
The concept is to push yourself through the desire to stop. Push yourself into the uncomfortable zone and keep going.
- 15 KB Swings

PART B:
- run to Lake Avenue Boat Launch and back
- Inverse Tabata Sit Ups
