PREPARATION:

  • Bounding Lunges
  • Backwards Run
  • 10 Deficit Push Ups (hands on bumpers)

STRENGTH:

  • 5,3,1 reps of Strict Shoulder Press @ 85%, 90% and 95%

Met-Con WOD:

You cannot start Part B until you have completed all of Part A

PART A:

  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 40 Double Unders (200 Singles)
  • 30 Good Mornings
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 10 Standing Long Jumps
  • run 2 laps of the halls

PART B:

  • establish a Max Height Box Jump
