Day 63: Tuesday, December 2

PREPARATION:

5 minute EMOM of the following

  • 6 V-Ups
  • 6 Jumping Lunges
  • 6 Cossack Squats

Day 2 of the 15 Days of Christmas : 2 Turkish Get Ups with Two DBs or KBs

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Cleans @ 80%, 85% and 90%

Met-Con WOD:

AMRAP of the following in 20 minutes:

  • 15 KB Swings
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 5 Burpees
  • 1 length of hallway and back with KB held overhead
  • 5 Clean and Jerks  @ 65% of Clean

FINISHER:

  • 30 Med Ball Sit Ups with your partner (ball must touch ground behind your head and be thrown to partner
