PREPARATION:

  • 1 length of hallway doing Bear Crawl
  • 20 OHS with PVC 

Day 3 of 15 Days of Christmas: 3 Maltese Bench Press

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 3 Squats @ 80%, 85% and 90%

Met-Con WOD:

This is a modified version of the workout posted on the CrossFit Mainsite today.

It is 1/2 of the WOD (and the weight has been scaled down)

  • Row 500m or Run 3 laps
  • 15 Dips
  • 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 65/45
  • 15 HSPU (or scale to box-style)
  • 15 Power Snatches @ 65/45
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 15 Thrusters @ 65/45
