Met-Con WOD: Friday Chipper

20 deadlifts (115/75 pounds)

30 double-kettlebell swings

30 push-ups

20 clean-and-jerks (115/75 pounds)

30 pull-ups

30 kettlebell “taters”

30 box jumps

20 knees-to-elbows

30 double-unders
