PREPARATION:

  • 2 laps of the halls
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 20 Jumping Jacks

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 Deadlifts @ 75%, 80% and 85% (plus 5 pounds)

This is a variation of the CrossFit Open Games 14.3 workout.

15 minute AMRAP of the following:

135/95-lb. deadlifts, 8 reps
15 box jumps
15115-lb. deadlifts, 12 reps
15 box jumps
185/135-lb. deadlifts,16 reps
15 box jumps
205/155-lb. deadlifts, 20 reps
15 box jumps
225/185-lb. deadlifts, 24 reps
15 box jumps
275/205-lb. deadlifts, 27 reps
15 box jumps
