Day 7: Tuesday, February 10

EMOM for 5 minutes of:

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Push Press with bar
  • 2 Burpees


  • Hang Power Clean
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull

  • we will practice the Hang Power Clean together

Met-Con WOD:

“Fight Sorta’ Gone Bad”:

  • This workout will be done with  people starting at 5 different stations 
  • Normally, there is no REST between stations; for the purposes of movement and sensibility we are going to allow 30 seconds

3 rounds of the following:

  • 1 minute Row for calories
  • 1 minute KB  Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • 1 minute Push Press (65/45) 
  • 1 minute Box Jumps (step up and down is fine)
  • 1 minute Wall Balls 

REST 2 minute between rounds
