Day 26: Tuesday, March 10

  • today is going to be fun because we get to perform a classic CrossFit benchmark workout: “Grace”
  • There will be guidelines to help you attack this workout safely, sensibly and with purpose

PREPARATION:

  • run 2 laps of halls
  • 2 x 30m A’s
  • 2 x 30m Butt Kicks
  • 2 x 50m acceleration runs

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 3 Cleans @ 80%, 85% and 90% of your Training Max

Met-Con WOD:

 

  • the most appropriate way to scale this workout is to use 65% of your Clean Max

 

FINISHER:

  • 40 Alternating Wall Balls with a partner
  • 40 clap your partner Sit Ups
  • 30 Russian Twists with your partner
  • 30 Partner Air Squats
  • 20 Alternating DBell Step Ups with your partner
  • 20 Leg Throw Ab Thingies with your partner
  • 10 Partner Push Up on partner Planks
  • 10 Partner Pistols
